Ingredients
2 garlic
3 large red bell peppers
4 or 5 tomatoes
2 medium eggplants
3 spring onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate below:
Wash and peel the peppers, tomatoes and aubergines as well as the garlic and spring onions.
Pour the ingredients from the previous step into the food processor with salt and a splash of olive oil and program
spoon speed / 160º / 30 minutes.
Remove the vegetables and, once they cool down, proceed to remove the seeds and pips they may have.
Then, put them back in the glass and program
speed 4 / 30 minutes.
All that remains is to plate them and sprinkle a little pepper on top.
