Ingredients

1,500 grams of water
50 grams of honey
4 sprigs of mint
150 grams of strawberries (some more, approx 50 grams for decoration)
30 grams of lemon juice
The juice of one lime
some ice cubes

Preparation

To begin the preparation of this delicious and refreshing strawberry iced tea with the thermomix, we must wash the strawberries very well and remove the stem or twig that they have on top.
Then, it is time to prepare an infusion with honey and mint. To do this, place the water and the measure of honey in the Thermomix bowl, place the basket in its position and put the mint branches inside, program.
12 minutes / Temperature 100° / Speed 2.
Let stand for 30 minutes, remove the basket from the thermomix and with it the mint branches.
Then, again in the Thermomix bowl, add the strawberries (reserve some to decorate) and the lemon juice, program.
