Preparation of aubergine puree with Thermomix
- When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow these steps:
- Turn on the fire in your kitchen and, with the help of tongs, put the aubergine directly on it until the skin of all of it turns black.
- Let it cool down.
- Add both the coriander and the cumin to the robot glass and program at speed 10 / 1 minute.
- Then add the garlic and program at speed 7 / 6 seconds.
- Remove the skin from the aubergine and chop it and then pour it into the glass, along with the rest of the ingredients that you have not used yet.
- Put the robot to work at speed 5 / 30 seconds.
- All that remains is to pour the contents of the glass onto a plate and serve it.
