Ingredients
110 grams milk
30 grams fresh baker’s yeast
30 grams sunflower oil
1 egg yolk
1 egg white (to paint the buns)
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract.
250 grams bread flour
50 grams sugar
1 pinch of salt.
Chocolate chips
Preparation
to start our recipe we will put the yeast together with the milk in our Thermomix bowl and program
1 minute / 40ºC / speed 2
Add the sunflower oil, the yolk, the flour, the vanilla, the sugar and the salt and knead the ingredients
3 minutes / spike speed
We remove the dough and reserve in a bowl rubbed with oil so that it does not stick and cover with plastic wrap
We wait for the dough to double its volume and knead a little with our hands to expel the air and make small balls between 9 and 12 balls depending on the size we want
We add the chocolate chips to each bag of dough, gluing them by pressing into the dough
prepare a tray with baking paper and put the dough on top covered with a clean cloth
when they have doubled again we paint them with a brush and the egg white and put more chocolate chips again
