after 6 minutes we will move the rice a little with the spatula through the mouth

if instead of fried in a pan we prefer them with the varoma container, it is the moment while our rice finishes cooking
When there are about 7 minutes left to finish cooking our rice, we put the varoma container and create some aluminum foil bowls that we put in the varoma, we put a splash of extra virgin olive oil inside each aluminum foil bowl, crack the eggs and add a little salt.
