500 grams milk
Ingredients for the pastry cream:
50 grams cornstarch
3 eggs
100 grams sugar
25 grams butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
Ingredients for the Buns:
220 grams milk
75 grams Butter
75 grams sugar
40 grams fresh baker’s yeast
500 grams strength flour
1 pinch salt
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla or vanilla sugar

How to make the pastry cream
We put all the ingredients in our Thermomix bowl and program
9 minutes / 90º / speed 5
We put it in our pastry bag and put it to cool reserving it
how to make the buns
Without washing the glass of cream, put the milk, sugar, butter and yeast and program
3 minutes / 40º / speed 2 and at the end 10 seconds speed 4
Add strong flour, salt and liquid vanilla and program
4 minutes / Spike speed
Arrived here we will let the dough rest with the glass covered for an hour and a half, until it doubles in volume.
Then we are going to divide the dough into pieces of about 60-70 gr., and make buns in the shape of pepito and place it on our oven tray with baking paper and well separated from each other, separated from each other.
Cover and leave again until doubled in volume.
Preheat in oven to 180º and put our tray for about 15 minutes.
Let them cool down and when they are warm, sprinkle them with icing sugar. Once cool, cut them in half and fill them generously with cream.
