Ingredients
- In order to make four servings of this dish, you need to buy the following products:
- 8 cod loins.
- 1 green pepper.
- 2 cloves of garlic.
- A tiny onion.
- 750 grams of crushed natural tomato.
- 1 spoon of sugar.
- 50 grams of olive oil.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
- When you've collected all those ingredients in the kitchen, put on your apron and follow these steps: Peel the
- onion and garlic and cut into pieces. In the same way, clean the pepper and remove the stems and
- nuggets.
- Next, pour the bell pepper, garlic and onion into the glass. Program the robot at speed 4 during
- about 5 seconds.
- Then, through the mouth, add the olive oil, the crushed natural tomato. and salt. Reschedule to
- speed 1 and varoma temperature for about 5 minutes.
- Then, add the sugar and pepper through the aforementioned mouthpiece. Program the Thermomix at the same speed and temperature than in the previous step but for 25 minutes.
- After that time, place the cod loins in the varoma container, skin side up, and then
- place it on the robot. Now all that remains is to program this at speed 1 and varoma temperature for about 6 minutes.
