Chocolate liqueur with thermomix
A delicious chocolate liqueur for after meals, or to give as a gift and look like a king, all chocolate fans will go crazy, a delicious liqueur.

Ingredients
- 150 grams of pot pomace
- 100 grams of fondant chocolate
- 400 grams of sugar
- 400 grams of water
- 5 drops vanilla essence
Instructions
- To begin we will crush the chocolate for what we put it in pieces in our thermomix glass and program 15 seconds / speed 7
- With the spatula we lower remains and give a few seconds plus 5 seconds / speed 10
- Add the sugar and the water and program 9 minutes / temperature 80º / speed 3
- Finally we add the pomace and vanilla essence and mix 10 seconds / at speed 4
- Leave to cool and keep in the fridge.
Drink very cold and with ice and move the bottle well before serving to bring the ingredients together again.
