Ingredients for Cheesecake with Lotus cookies with thermomix
BASE (22/23 cm mold)
- 180 grams Lotus cookies
- 70 grams butter (melted)
STUFFED
- 750 grams cream cheese
- 300 ml cream (to mount)
- 5 eggs
- 170 grams sugar
- Vanilla
- 25 grams cornstarch
SURFACE
- 180 grams lotus cream
- 200ml whipped cream
- 25 grams icing sugar
- Lotus biscuits cut in half

BASE
- Biscuits to the glass, pulverize,
- 10 seconds / speed 8
- Transfer to a bowl and add the melted butter. we mix
