Ingredients for the base
60 grams of butter
120 grams of butter cookies
Ingredients for the cheesecake
250 grams of white chocolate
350 grams of cream cheese
1 tablespoon of cornmeal
50 grams of sugar
3 large eggs
40 grams of lemon juice (1-2 lemons)
1½ teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ teaspoon salt
500 grams of sour cream
300 grams of raspberries

Lightly grease a 20cm springform cake tin and line the bottom with parchment paper. Cover the outside with two layers of aluminum foil to seal.
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Preparation for the base
Melt the butter during
2 minutes / 90˚C / Speed 2.
Add the cookies and mix for
5 seconds / Speed 8.
Press into the bottom of the can with the back of the spoon and bake at 180 ° C for 10 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate for

Place the cake mold in a roasting pan and surround with 3 cm of hot water. Bake for 45 minutes at 180 ° C.
