Ingredients
410 grams of cauliflower washed, drained and in florets
10 grams of tandoori masala
222 grams of natural yogurt
20 grams of lemon juice
40 grams of vegetable oil
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Except for the cauliflower, add all the ingredients to the glass of the robot and program
speed 3/1 minute.
Put the cauliflower in a bowl and on top of it the contents of the glass. Mix everything well and then put the bowl in the refrigerator, where it should stay for about 10 – 12 hours.
After that time, take out the bowl and on a baking tray, with greaseproof paper, go placing the cauliflower florets.
Then put the tray in the oven, previously preheated, and keep it there for about 30 minutes at 180º. It is recommended that every ten minutes you stir the bouquets so that they are done well on all sides.
