1 onion
820 grams of cauliflower, cleaned and cut into florets
3 tablespoons clarified butter
Salt and ground pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
32 grams of breadcrumbs
2 eggs
52 grams of oats
210 grams of grated cheese
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Grated nutmeg to taste

Put on your apron and follow these steps that I indicate:
Add the cauliflower to the robot’s glass and program
speed 5/5 seconds.
Cover the cauliflower with water and add salt. Program to
spoon speed / 100º / 10 minutes.
Drain the cauliflower and set aside.
Now add the peeled and chopped onion to the glass. Chop it to
speed 5 / 3 seconds.
Next, add to the oil and sauté
speed 1 / 120º / 5 minutes.
Now add the cauliflower, grated cheese, pepper, nutmeg, eggs and thyme. Program to
