In this post we present one of those dessert preparations that are not usually missing at parties and on any occasion when family or friends get together.
Preferred by adults and children are nothing more than the Reeds stuffed with custard cream with thermomix.

Ingredients of canes filled with pastry cream with thermomix
Dough for the canes:
100 grams of water
500 grams flour
50 grams lard
1 pinch salt
sunflower oil for frying
Custard cream:
500 grams milk
100 grams of sugar
50 grams cornstarch
1 pinch of salt
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
3 eggs
1 tablespoon of oil
icing sugar to decorate

In the glass of the thermomix place the flour and the lard to knead, program.

Then, remove the beaker from the Thermomix bowl and add the pinch of salt and little by little the water through the mouth, program.

Place the dough on the counter, previously floured, stretch it finely, 0.5 cm thick, then cut into strips 5 cm wide by 15 or 20 cm long.
Grease the canutos with sunflower oil and roll each one with the 15 cm strips that you have cut.
Carefully, in a frying pan with hot oil, fry each joint or cane until golden brown, remove from the heat, place on absorbent paper, also carefully remove the mold and let cool and set aside.
Now, while the canes are cooling, prepare the pastry cream, in the Thermomix bowl once clean and dry, add the eggs, the oil, the sugar, the vanilla, the cornstarch, the milk and a pinch of salt. Schedule.

Incorporate the pastry cream in a pastry bag, let cool.
Once the canes and the pastry cream are cold, proceed to fill each one generously.
Sprinkle with icing sugar and they are ready to enjoy.
