Breton plum cake ingredients with thermomix
80 grams butter
150 grams prunes
3 eggs
100 grams brown sugar
125 grams flour
500 grams whole milk
Preparation of Breton plum cake with thermomix
Preheat the oven to 180º.
Put the butter and milk in our Thermomix bowl and heat
*4 minutes / 50ººC / speed 1 *
until butter melts.
Add the flour, eggs and sugar and mix
1 minute / speed 4
Put the dough in a buttered mold and add the prunes and put in the oven
180º / 30 minutes
when it has risen and is golden, our Breton cake will be ready
