For the cake:
42 grams of pure cocoa powder
100 grams of pastry flour
100 grams of butter
145 grams of sugar

Preparation
When you have all those ingredients, follow the steps below:
Start by making the cake. To do this, add the flour, cocoa, salt, vanilla sugar and yeast to the robot’s glass. Program a
progressive speed 5-7-10 / 20 seconds.
Reserve in a bowl.
Put the butterfly on the robot. Add the sugar and eggs. Program a
speed 3 ½ / 37º / 5 minutes.
Then the robot starts working again.

Add the somewhat hot butter to the glass along with the contents of the bowl that you had reserved. Program a
speed 1/6 seconds.
Remove the butterfly and, with the help of a spatula, mix everything well.
Add the liquor and stir everything well.
Pour the contents of the glass into a previously greased mold and place it in the oven, previously preheated, keep it there for about 27 minutes at 180º.
Then, it’s time to prepare the syrup. Pour its ingredients into a saucepan, put it on the fire and bring to a boil for a few minutes.
Reserve and unmold the cake when it is ready and has cooled.
To prepare the filling, wash the glass and put the butterfly on the blades. Then add the vanilla sugar and cream. Program without time, until it is assembled, to
speed 3 ½.
Add the icing sugar and with a spatula mix everything well.
For the assembly: part the cake in half and what is the base calala with a little syrup. Then, cover with the whipped cream, place the cherries drained and cut in half and then put the other half of the cake on top and paint it again with syrup and then cover it with cream.
With the leftover cream, decorate the sides of the cake and on top of it, place more cherries in syrup and the chocolate shavings or flakes.
