Air Fryer Chocolate Cheesecake Ingredients – airfryer
- Eggs (4M)
- Cream cheese 300 grams
- Chocolate to melt 150 grams
- Brown sugar 150 grams
- Whipping cream 250 ml
- Flour (all purpose) 20 grams
Preparation of cheese and chocolate cake with an air fryer – airfryer
- The preparation of this cake is as simple as mixing and integrating all the ingredients, little else.
- We start by using a large bowl or container to mix the ingredients, and for this we will use an electric whisk, although manual ones can also be used.
- cream cheese and sugar first, it’s best to have the cream cheese at room temperature at least a couple of hours before
- Once the cheese and sugar are mixed and integrated, we will add the 4 eggs, we add them one by one and mix well
- With the eggs completely integrated, it’s time for the chocolate. To melt the chocolate we use the microwave, a couple of 20-second blows at maximum power and that’s it
- already melted the chocolate we take it to the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and mix
- The next ingredient will be the whipping cream, or milk cream as it is called in many places, we add it and mix again
- and finally we only have the flour, we pass it through a sieve and mix it well integrated with the rest of the ingredients.
- With all the ingredients well mixed and ready in the bowl we are going to prepare the mold that we are going to use (it will be one of 18cm) to which we are going to put parchment paper, the one we use in the oven
- With the well-lined mold we are going to add the mixture, and now we are going to put it in the fryer basket, if the parchment paper is high, we cut it (in the video you can see it) so that only a couple of centimeters remain on the mold, It will be enough, now yes, we put the fryer
- 42 minutes / 170ºC
- After this time the cake will be ready, but a rest will be necessary so that it has the ideal texture, we have done the rest in the following way….
- After 42 minutes, we left it in the fryer while it was still hot for 30 minutes.
- then another 30 minutes out of the fryer, and finally 1 hour in the fridge, this will make the texture much better than without rest.
- After all this process we can enjoy our cheese and chocolate cake.

- In oven you have to preheat 10 minutes and then put 50 minutes at 180º
- Steel mold suitable for oven and Airfryer
- It is advisable to take it out of the fridge 20 minutes before eating, it tastes better when it is neither very cold nor hot
