Ingredients of Orange Chicken with air fryer – air fryer

510 grams boneless skinless chicken breast
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons cornstarch
pepper to taste
For the sauce:
Peel of an orange
Half a cup of orange juice
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons of cornstarch dissolved in two teaspoons of water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
Half a teaspoon of minced ginger

Preparation of Orange Chicken with air fryer – air fryer

When you have bought all these products, follow these instructions:
The first thing will be that you preheat the fryer to
200º / 5 minutes.
While you put the chopped chicken in a bowl where you will mix it with the cornstarch, salt and pepper. Then, after the 5 minutes mentioned, throw it into the fryer and keep it there
165º / 10 minutes.
On the other hand, in a pan add the sugar, juice, soy, vinegar, zest and ginger. Mix over low heat for 6 minutes.
Then add the cornstarch dissolved in water and let it boil for 1 more minute.
It will only be plating by mixing the chicken with the sauce.
