Ingredients

100 grams of Philadelphia cheese
150 grams of mayonnaise
50 grams of fresh chives
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoons mustard

Preparation

The first thing we will do is make the Mayonnaise and leave it in a bowl (as we have already made another recipe, follow the link in the 2 paragraph and you will return to this one)
Then we put all the ingredients in the glass and crush
20 seconds / speed 7
if the texture we want is more past, we repeat the grinding as long as we want
