Its name comes because it was created in New York, in the Waldorf hotel back in 1983

Preparation

Peel the carrots, cut them into pieces and add them to the bowl, we do the same with the apple. Wash the cabbage, cut it into pieces and add it to the bowl with the walnuts. Sting
5 seconds / speed 5
and transfer to a salad bowl.
Cut the ham into slices, drain the celery and add it to the salad

Put all the ingredients in the glass, mix for
15 seconds / speed 4
Pour over the salad, fold and let rest for 1 hour.
Before serving, season the salad to taste again and add seasonings if necessary.
