🍰 For cake:
- 250 gr of prince type cookies 🍪
- 3 eggs (size l) 🥚🥚🥚
- 120 gr of sugar 🧂
- 200 gr of whole milk 🥛
- 100 gr of sunflower oil 🌻
- 1 Royal yeast 🧁
- Chocolate Pepitas (Optional) 🍫✨
🍫 For truffle cream:
- 500 gr of cream to mount (35% fatty matter) 🥛
- 75 gr of sugar 🧂
- 200 gr of chocolate fondant (50% cocoa), chopped for desserts 🍫🔪
🌸 To decorate:
- Strawberries or raspberries (optional) 🍓
- Chocolate chips (optional) 🍫✨

1️⃣ We started with the cake
- The first step to make this delight is to prepare the cake base. With the Themomix ⚡, this process is fast and easy.
- 🔹 Crush the cookies in the glass (20 seconds, progressive speed 5-10).
- 🔹 Add eggs, sugar, milk, oil and yeast 🥚🥛. Mixture (speed 7, 20 seconds).
- 🔹 Tip: Add chocolate pepitas for an extra flavor 🍫💥.
- 🔹 Pour the mixture into the GM bucket (with baking paper) and bake 🕒 (120ºC, 50 minutes, open valve).
- 🔹 Don’t open the lid! Let stand 10 minutes before unmolding.
- 💡 Tip: If you don’t have a GM pot, do the cake in the traditional way 🏡.
2️⃣ We prepare the Trufa cream
- While the cake cools ❄️, prepare the truffle cream:
- 🔹 Heat cream + sugar in Thermomix (6 min, 90ºC, speed 1).
- 🔹 Add chopped chocolate and mixture (30 sec, speed 3) until it is silky ✨.
- 🔹 Cross in fridge 8 hours 🕗 (patience is key! ⏳).
- 🔹 Mount butterfly (speed 3) until it is spongy ☁️.
- ⚠️ Important: Watch the sound! Time depends on temperature.
3️⃣ Tart assembly 🎂
- 🔹 Cut the cake into 2 halves with a lyre 🔪.
- 🔹 Fill with truffle cream and cover the entire cake.
- 🔹 Alisa with spatula and decorate with pastry manga 🎨.
4️⃣ Final decoration 🌟
- 🔹 Strawberries, raspberries 🍓 or chocolate chips 🍫 for an elegant touch.
