1. Once you have bought all the ingredients, it is time to get down to business by following these instructions:
2. Add the sugar to the glass and program the robot to progressive speed 5-10 for about 30 seconds.
3. Then you have to add the lemon peel to program at the same speed as the previous step but for only 10 seconds.
4. Next, add the eggs to the glass and program the Thermomix to speed 3 and temperature 37º for about 2 minutes.
5. The next step is to add both the yogurt and the oil. The robot is programmed at speed 3 for 2 seconds.
6. The flour, salt and yeast will be added to the robot’s glass that will be programmed to speed 4 for 6 seconds.
7. What will remain is to pour the mixture obtained into a previously greased mold and place it in the oven, preheated, at a temperature of 180º for about 35 – 40 minutes.
