Preparation of Nutella Mousse with Thermomix

1. The first thing we leave the icing sugar ready, we put 60 grams of sugar and program
2. 10 seconds / speed 10
3. reserve the sugar in a bowl
4. then we are going to take the whipping cream (minimum 35% fat) and it must be very very cold as always when we want to whip cream
5. We put the butterfly to the blades and we put the 400 grams of cream in our Thermomix bowl and with the beaker in place we program
6. no time / speed 3
7. and we are watching until the cream is mounted
8. Once assembled we put it in a bowl and then we put 3/4 parts of the icing sugar with the cream and with a spatula we stir it together well
9. We now put 200 grams of Nutella and put it in a glass and melt it in the microwave (about 40 seconds)
10. little by little we add the cream with the melted nutella, and stir, do not put more than 2 tablespoons of melted nutella at once with the cream so that it does not go down, we put 2 stir, then another 2 stir, until we put everything together, leave a couple of nutella charades for the next step
11. let’s go now for the biscuit base, I like the way it looks better with digestive biscuits, but everyone can use whatever they want, for that we place the biscuits in our glass and crush

13. Once the cookies are crushed, we put them in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of Nutella and stir until they make a paste.
14. With that paste we put it at the base of the glasses, then we fill the glasses with the cream with the Nutella and finally we make more whipping cream to decorate the top part and our Nutella Mousse with cream will be ready
