250 grams of frozen strawberries
200 grams of sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg whites
1 packet of soft drinks (I use Mercadona)

We put the cookies in our Thermomix bowl and program
20 seconds / progressive speed 5 – 10
add the butter that is already soft (we give it a touch of microwave if necessary) and program
20 seconds / speed 5
take out the biscuit with the butter and put it in a cake mold and distribute it and press it by hand as the basis for the afternoon
then wash and dry the glass well
for the foam
we put in our glass of Thermomix the clean strawberries, the sugar, the lemon juice and the vanilla extract and we crush
30 seconds / progressive speed 6-10
with the spatula we lower the remains that could have stuck to the sides of the glass
