Ingredients for Zucchini quiche with York ham Thermomix
For the mass:
150 grams of flour for pastry.
30 grams of cornstarch.
60 grams of butter.
2 teaspoons of chemical yeast
1 egg.
20 grams of cold water.
1/2 teaspoon salt.
For the filling:
1 medium zucchini.
100 gr of cooked york type ham cut into cubes.
1 onion.
3 eggs.
1/2 glass of milk (100 grams).
100 grams of Parmesan cheese.
Salt, oregano, pepper and thyme (or the spices you like the most).
Preparation of Quiche of zucchini with ham york Thermomix
First prepare the dough.
Place the flour, cornstarch, yeast, butter, water, egg and salt in the Thermomix bowl, program.

There should be a smooth and uniform dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
During these 30 minutes, take the opportunity to prepare the filling.
First, add water to the Thermomix bowl (previously clean and dry) and place the zucchini with skin and cut into pieces in the varoma container, program.

At the end of this time, carefully remove the varoma and discard the water from the glass and the pieces of zucchini, reserve for a few minutes. Add the onion to chop, program.

In a small container, dissolve the cornstarch in the milk, add it to the Thermomix bowl together with the ham, eggs, grated cheese, salt and pepper. Mix, program.

Roll out the dough on a floured surface, giving it a round shape. Cover with it the bottom and walls of a previously greased quiche mold 26-28cm in diameter.
Prick the dough with a fork and place parchment paper on top and an object that can be placed in the oven to weigh it down and prevent it from swelling during baking.
Introduce the mold at medium height and bake the dough for 10-12 minutes, so that it does not brown too much.
