Preparation of walnut, raisin and chocolate pudding with thermomix
From the total flour, we remove 2 tablespoons, and place in different bowls, the chopped walnut, raisins and chopped chocolate. We add those two tablespoons of flour between the three bowls (we do this so that when baking, they do not go to the bottom
We put the dry ones in the glass (flour, yeast and salt), sift,
10 seconds / speed 8
pick up and reserve.
It is very important that both eggs and butter are at the same room temperature.
We place butterflies in blades, add the butter in small cubes and the sugar in the glass. Let’s cremate (soften),
5 minutes / speed 3’5
Now we are adding the eggs one by one while we continue at speed 3″5, until the first one is added, we do not add the next one, then the honey,
5 seconds / speed 3″5
we remove the butterfly and, in speed 4, we add the dry ones interspersed with the sweet wine.
Remove to a bowl and add the nuts, raisins and chocolate. We mix with enveloping movements from top to bottom
Line the mold with baking paper, oven previously
preheated to 175°, heat up and down
We bake about 45/50 minutes
until checking the toothpick, it comes out clean. Turn off and remove to cool on rack
