Ingredients
255 grams of water
10 gelatin sheets
1 teaspoon citric acid powder
52 grams of glucose
505 grams of virgin olive oil
102 grams of sugar
1 vanilla bean
205 grams of icing sugar
152 grams of isomalt
Preparation
When you have gathered all those ingredients, follow the steps that we now indicate:
Pour the glucose, water, isomalt, and icing sugar into the robot’s glass. Program a
speed 1 / 90º / 7 minutes.
Then reprogram to
speed 4/3 minutes.
In the previous step you will gradually pour the oil through the nozzle.
Add the gelatin sheets, previously hydrated, to the glass, as well as the inside of the pod. Put the Thermomix to work
speed 4/10 seconds.
Strain the contents of the glass and pour that into a tray that is no more than 2 centimeters high. Put it in the refrigerator and keep it there for 75 minutes.
Unmold the tray and the result you get is cut into squares in the shape of a jelly bean with a mold.
Add the citric acid and sugar to the gummies you get.
