305 grams of Toblerone
255 grams of mascarpone cheese
502 grams of very cold cream
4 large gelatin sheets soaked in water
52 grams of milk
252 grams of condensed milk
For the base:
52 grams of milk
405 grams of Maria type cookies
62 grams of soft butter
For coverage:
102 grams of whipping cream
102 grams of Toblerone

Put on your apron and follow these steps:
The first thing will be the base, so add its ingredients to the robot glass. Program to
speed 5 / 20 seconds.
Pour the contents of the glass into a mold, flatten it well. Put the mold in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
