2 sachets of powdered bread yeast or 30 grams of fresh baker’s yeast.
200 grams of water
150 grams of black olives, preferably pitted
2 sprigs of thyme
50 grams of oil
2 teaspoons of salt.
1 teaspoon of sugar

To begin, chop the olives in the Thermomix bowl (not very crushed so that some pieces can be seen on the bread), program.
