DOUGH INGREDIENTS
200 grams of butter (room temperature)
180 grams of wheat flour
1 egg (L)
100 grams of cornstarch
120 grams of sugar
teaspoon vanilla essence
pinch of salt

Sift the flour and cornstarch,
