152 grams of sugar
50 grams of water
For the rest:
500 grams of water
2 egg yolks
120 grams of sugar
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
705 grams of whole milk
5 eggs
1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation of Rozata with Thermomix
When you have all these ingredients, follow the steps that I indicate:
The first thing will be to make the caramel. To do this, add 20 grams of water, sugar and lemon juice to the glass. Start sugar points.
Then, through the mouth, pour 30 grams of water and program to
speed 1/1 minute.
Booking.
Wash the glass and add the sugar, milk, vanilla and lemon zest. Program to
speed 2 / 60º / 3 minutes.
Now add the eggs and yolks. Mix to
speed 4 / 15 seconds.
In a flannel pan, previously greased with butter, add about 4 tablespoons of the caramel.
Pour the contents of the glass into the flan box, cover it and put it in the Varoma.
Wash the glass and pour the water. Start the robot
