Ingredients for Rice and Lemon Custard

405 grams of cooked rice
The juice and zest of two lemons
a pinch of salt
2 yolks
152 grams of sugar
202 grams of cream
5 eggs
A little butter

Preparation of rice and lemon custard

Now, put on your apron and let’s start the recipe:
Add the lemon zest and sugar to the robot glass. Program to
speed 10/10 seconds.
Then, put the butterfly and add the yolks, salt, cream, eggs and juice to the glass. Program to
speed 4 / 80º / 4 minutes.
Remove the butterfly and add the rice. Start the Thermomix at
speed 3 / reverse spin / 5 seconds.
Grease a baking mold with butter for the custard. Then, pour the contents of the glass into it. Place the mold in the preheated oven and keep it there at
160º / 28 minutes.
