CAKE INGREDIENTS (22/24 cm mold)
280 grams flour
170 grams sugar
230 ml milk (we will need 200 ml, we put more, because when it boils, part of it evaporates)
6 red tea bags
4 eggs
1 on chemical yeast
pinch of salt
150 ml mild olive oil
Red food coloring (optional)
FILLING INGREDIENTS
100 ml cream (to mount)
50 grams cream cheese
30 grams condensed milk

ELABORATION
We put the milk and tea on the fire, when it starts to boil, lower it and let it cook for 1 minute. Turn off, cover and let it infuse for about 10 minutes. We then removed the tea bags.
We turn on the oven at 180°C / heat up and down
Butterfly on blades, eggs and sugar,
4 minutes / 37°C / speed 3.5
When finished, we schedule others
4 minutes / same speed but without temperature
Now we add the infused milk,

then the oil
10 seconds / speed 4
We remove the butterfly. Now the flour, yeast and salt (previously sifted),
10 seconds / speed 4
Turn over to the mold and bake for about 35/40 minutes / after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean. Mine as they are individual, have been done in 20 min.
Let cool on a wire rack and turn out

We remove the possible chepitas from the biscuits (in my case). We make some holes at the bottom and fill with the cream
