Ingredients of Red circle cupcakes with chocolate with Thermomix
CAKES
- 120 gr wheat flour
- 80 gr almond powder
- 50 g pure cocoa powder
- 70 gr dark chocolate (melted)
- 10 gr chemical yeast (Royal type)
- 3 eggs (M)
- 130 gr brown sugar
- 200 gr natural yogurt (preferably Greek)
- 50 ml milk
- 50 ml sunflower oil
- Pinch of salt
STUFFED
- Milk and hazelnut cream (CN)
Preparation of red circle cupcakes with chocolate with Thermomix
- Sift the dry ingredients (flour, almond powder, cocoa, yeast and salt), into the glass, 20 sec, V-8, set aside in a bowl and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate and set aside
- Eggs and sugar in the glass, 4 min, V-4.
- We add the yogurt, milk and melted chocolate, 1 min, V-4, then the oil, 1 min, V-4.
- Finally, for the vowel and without stopping beating in V- 3.5, we add the reserved dry ingredients.
- We grease the holes of the mold and fill 3/4 of each one.
- We tap lightly against the table to remove any air bubbles.
- Oven preheated to 170°, heat up and down
- We bake for about 25 minutes, after checking the toothpick, it comes out clean.
- We turn off and remove.
- We leave it in the mold for a few minutes and then unmold it.
- We let it cool completely on a rack.
- Once cold, we remove the chepitas with the help of a knife (we will save the remains to eat later)
- Now, we will make some holes where the filling will go.
- We temper the cream for a few seconds and place it in a pastry bag.
- We are filling up.
