Pudding or scorpion fish cake ingredients
450 grams of scorpionfish (can be frozen)
250 grams of unpeeled prawns
5 crab sticks
200 grams of liquid cream
1 cup of fried tomato
1 liter of water
5 eggs
1 fish bouillon cube
Salt
1 splash of brandy
Preparation of scorpion fish pudding or cake
to start we wrap the scorpion fish in plastic wrap and put it in the varoma container, put the water in the Thermomix bowl and program
20 minutes / varoma temperature / speed 1
When finished, place the cleaned and peeled prawns in the varoma container and let them steam for a few minutes.
After some time, let the scorpion fish cool and crumble it, removing skin and bones until there are none left and set aside.
We put the scorpion fish clean of scales and bones (as it is a rock fish, it has a very marked flavor but a lot of bones) in our Thermomix bowl together with the prawns and grind
