Today we bring you another very simple but delicious recipe for stuffed potatoes that children like since it only has potatoes, ham and cheese but with a spectacular flavor that reminds children of the flavor of pizza.

3 medium potatoes
half an onion
125 g York ham
one of mixture of cheeses to gratin
50 ml of cooking cream
salt pepper and oregano
10 ml of virgin olive oil
1.5L of water

The first thing we are going to do is wash the potatoes and cut them in half.
We place the liter and a half of water in our Thermomix glass, we place the Varoma container with the potatoes cut in half inside and we put them to steam for which we program

When they have finished cooking, we will take them out very carefully and put them to cool to be able to manipulate them later.
while they cool down we wash our glass of Thermomix and dry it and put the half onion inside the glass. With about 10 ml of virgin olive oil and program

when four minutes have passed and we only have 3 minutes left, add the cream to cook, and wait the 3 minutes for it to finish
once our potatoes have cooled somewhat and no longer burn with a spoon we are going to remove the potato hearts and make the hole where we are going to fill them
Then add the chopped York ham and a tablespoon of grated cheese and stir again
We put the potatoes that we are taking out in a bowl and with a fork we are carving them well, we add the onion with the cream made and we stir everything very well, we put a little salt and pepper
once it has been thoroughly mixed, we fill the potatoes with the cream potato and onion sauce
Once our potatoes are completely filled, we are going to cover them with a lot of grated cheese on top, put a touch of oregano and bake it au gratin in the oven for 10 minutes.
