Ingredients

  • 50 grams of baby spinach, fresh
  • 200 grams of fresh pineapple, in pieces
  • 150 grams of bananas cut into pieces
  • 150 grams of ice cubes
  • 10 grams of linseed oil

Preparation

  1. Add to our Thermomix bowl all the ingredients: spinach, pineapple, bananas, ice cubes and oil and blend
  2. 1 minute / speed 10
  3. serve immediately.
