Oxtail ingredients with thermomix
2 oxtails, broken into pieces
1 red bell pepper
1 large Italian green pepper (or 2 small)
2 cloves of garlic
1 large onion
Olive oil
2 large carrots
1 liter of red wine
2-3 glasses of water
2 cubes of meat broth
2 bay leaves
Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation of Oxtail with thermomix
Start by chopping the garlic and onions, add them to the glass of the thermomix, program.

Then, add the vegetables, the carrot and the peppers to also cut them into small pieces, program.

Immediately, add the olive oil and put it to fry, program.
15 minutes / Temperature 100°/ speed 1
Once the sauce is done, we proceed to place the pieces of oxtail

When the meat is a little brown, add the bay leaves, the wine, the stock cubes and the water (until it covers the meat) program.

The cooking of the meat lasts approximately 4 hours.
After the first hour, check the water, if you see that it dries too much add a little more water, program.

When the respective 4 hours have passed, remove the pieces of meat from the Thermomix bowl and crush the vegetables with the sauce, program.
