In this way, when releasing them or separating each layer of onion, with the cut made, a series of rings or rings of different sizes of their diameters remain, this due to the different internal layers that the onion contains.
Then, in the glass of the thermomix proceed to mix the ingredients to make a good overflow. Add the flour, yeast and eggs, program.

When everything is well integrated, pour the mixture into a bowl and reserve.
With a kitchen bag, preferably the ones with an airtight seal, add pastry flour and add some onion rings inside the bag, shake well so that each ring is covered with flour.
Then proceed to dip each ring in the egg or beer and flour mixture.
And immediately, in a bowl place the breadcrumbs mixed with a little chopped parsley, and cover the onion rings with a good layer.
While the rings are overflowing, place a good amount of oil in a frying pan or fryer and when it is very hot, introduce the rings one by one so that they do not stick.
Let each side brown very well, turning from time to time. Once golden, remove them and place them on absorbent paper.
Serve immediately, warm onion rings are a delight. And they are as if you had bought them in a fast food restaurant.
