Nutella to taste
255 grams of high strength flour
1 teaspoon salt
255 grams of flour 00
1 egg
102 grams of sugar
8 grams of dehydrated brewer’s yeast
205 grams of milk
Half vanilla pod
102 grams of butter
oil for frying
Preparation of Donuts filled with Nutella with Thermomix
When you already have all these ingredients, follow the steps that we indicate:
Add the yeast to the robot glass together with the two types of flour, the pod, half of the milk, the sugar and the egg. Put the mixer and program at low speed and gradually add the other half of the milk.
When you have an optimal mixture, put the corresponding hook in the Thermomix and knead for 15 minutes.
In the previous step, gradually add the salt and butter.
Make a ball of the resulting dough and wrap it in plastic wrap. Then, proceed to let it sit for about 2 hours, approximately.
After that time, with the dough, shape the donuts and let them rest for another 50 minutes.
Then fry the donuts in the oil.
Put the Nutella in a pastry bag and with this fill the donuts through one of its sides.
