Nocilla and Cream Panna Cotta with Thermomix

Preparation

1. We will make this recipe in 2 parts, on the one hand the part of the cream and on the other the part of the nocilla

for the cream part

1. We put 500 gr of cream, a few drops of vanilla extract and 4 tablespoons of sugar and program
2. 4 minutes / 80ºC / speed 3
3. Add the drained gelatin and program
4. 30 seconds / speed 4
5. We distribute in the containers and put in the refrigerator to let cool at least 2 hours.

5. Pour over the layer of cream and let cool.
