
Mayonnaise with a Touch of Mustard with Thermomix
We weigh the oil in a jug and reserve it.
Place the egg, mustard, black pepper, salt and lemon juice in the glass.
We program 1 minute and 40 seconds at speed 4 and pour the oil in a stream over the lid so that it emulsifies slowly.
When finished, we pour the mayonnaise into a jar and keep it in the refrigerator until consumption.
