Ingredients
- 130 grams of butter.
- 85 grams of flour.
- 4 eggs
- 55 grams of cocoa.
- 155 grams of sugar.
- 55 centiliters of milk.
Instructions
- When you have gathered all these ingredients, follow the steps we indicated:
- Pour the whites into the glass and program at speed 4/4 minutes.
- Reserve the content of the whites.
- Place the butterfly on the robot and pour the sugar with the yolks into the glass. Program at speed 3/2 minutes.
- Then add milk, cocoa, butter and flour. Operate at speed 3 / 37º / 4 minutes.
- Then, re-program at 1/5 minute speed.
- In the previous step, add reserved egg whites through the lid.
- Next, pour the contents of the glass into a cake pan and introduce it into the oven, previously preheated. It will have to be kept there for about 50 minutes at about 160º.
