I wanted to try how it would turn out in a tiramisu version, this delicious little cream, and I loved the result. I encourage you to do it.

Lotus cream tiramisu ingredients with thermomix
20 ladyfingers
1 cup of coffee
Rum (optional)
325 ml whipping cream
250 grams mascarpone cheese
125 grams Lotus cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
Pure cocoa powder
Preparation of lotus cream tiramisu with thermomix
We soak the biscuits in the coffee with rum.
We place plastic wrap on the counter.
We are arranging the biscuits in it.
Butterfly in blades, add the very cold cream and the icing sugar
We semi-assemble at Speed 3″5
When it acquires a little body, we add the cheese and cream,
We finished riding at Speed 3.5
We spread the cream over the sponge cakes, reserving a little of it for decoration.
We smooth with a spatula.
We roll the sponge cakes together with the cream and put them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Once the time has passed, we unwrap the plastic wrap and plate it.
