- 200 grams sugar
- 1 About Yeast
- 100 grams Sunflower Oil
- 250 grams gluten-free flour

- We put in our Thermomix bowl the sugar, the eggs and the peeled and chopped apple

- Add the natural yogurt, the oil and mix
- 5 seconds / Speed 3
- Add the flour, salt and yeast and mix
