Ingredients
400 grams of unpeeled raw prawns
300 grams of clean white fish without skin
240 grams of coarse salt
Preparation
We peel the prawns and reserve the meat and put the shells and heads in our Thermomix bowl and crush

We put everything in a fine strainer and pressing with a spoon we remove all the juice from the prawns and reserve the juice
With a clean glass, add the juice that we had reserved, the peeled prawns and the white fish and grind everything

add the salt, remove the cup from the lid to evaporate and program

we remove the foam that has been produced and repeat another 10 minutes
