180 grams of Digestive biscuits
500 grams of cold heavy cream
2 tablespoons powdered sugar
500 grams of cold strawberries
to decorate
fresh mint to decorate

We put the cookies in our thermomix glass and chop
3 seconds / speed 5
we keep in a bowl
We put the butterfly in the blades of our thermomix, we add the very cold cream (just like the glass) and we program
no time/speed 3
until it is firm and we hear it change its sound as it spins
Add the icing sugar and mix
10 seconds / speed 5
transfer to the bowl with the cookies
we remove the butterfly
add the clean strawberries and they are the stalk and chop

we put them in the bowl with the rest of the ingredients and with a wooden spoon we mix everything gently
