Ingredients of Chicken and pâté cannelloni with thermomix
- 16 cannelloni plates
- 700 g minced chicken
- 1 can of pâté (100 g)
- 1 onion (cut into quarters)
- Bechamel
- Grated cheese
- Olive oil
- Pepper
- Salt
Preparation of chicken and pâté cannelloni with thermomix
- Prepare the chicken:
- Add 20 g of olive oil to the glass.
- Add the minced chicken, a pinch of salt and pepper. Cook 15 minutes | 100°C | Reverse spin | Spoon speed. Remove and reserve.
- Saute the onion:
- Without washing the glass, add 15 g of olive oil and the quartered onion. Chop 5 seconds | Speed 5.
- Then, sauté for 10 minutes | 120°C | Spoon speed.
- Prepare the filling:
- Add the reserved chicken and the pâté to the glass. Mix 10 seconds | Reverse spin | Speed 3. Adjust salt and pepper if necessary. Remove and reserve.
- Cook the plates:
- Cook the cannelloni plates according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain them and place them on a clean surface.
- Fill and assemble:
- Fill each plate with the chicken, onion and pate mixture. Roll them up and place them in an oven-safe dish.
- Prepare the bechamel:
- Clean the glass and prepare a bechamel following your favorite recipe or use this guide:
- Add 40 g of butter, 40 g of flour, 500 g of milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg. Cook 8 minutes | 90°C | Speed 4.
- Assemble the final plate:
- Cover the cannelloni with the bechamel and sprinkle with grated cheese to taste.
- Gratinate:
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown.
