BASE
180 grams choco biscuits
90 grams butter (melted)
MOUSSE
350 grams cream cheese
40 grams sugar
50ml condensed milk
200 grams white chocolate (melt and desserts)
400 ml cream (to mount)
5 sheets neutral gelatin

Divide the chocolate into a bowl, heat 100 ml of cream for a few seconds, without boiling, pour it over the chocolate, drain the gelatin and add it.
