300 grams of Burgos cheese (we recommend the Angulo con Sal brand)
500 grams of cream.
5 large gelatin sheets
100 grams of condensed milk.
Preparation of Burgos cheese flan with thermomix
Before we start we are going to prepare ourselves by putting the gelatin leaves in cold water and reserve it
We put the condensed milk together with the cream in our Thermomix bowl and program
5 minutes / 90° / speed 1
We now include the well-drained reserved gelatin and program
20 seconds / speed 8
We incorporate the burgos cheese and we program again
1 minute / speed 7
We take out the mixture and put them in the glasses where we are going to serve it and cover them with plastic wrap and put it to the refrigerator a minimum of 4 hours
