This recipe has been made by our friend Luz María Lagoa Vives. Hello comrades. To make use of some apples that I had and we didn’t eat them, I used them in another new creation. A brulee cake with cheese and apples.
The word brulee, from French, is nothing more than burnt or caramelized, hence the famous creme brulee. A dessert made from eggs and dairy, which is topped with a layer of caramelized sugar.
To this compound, I have added apple inside. As a whole, a rich, creamy cake that turned out truly delicious.

Ingredients for Brulee Cake with cheese and apples with thermomix
BASE
- 170 gr cookies (whatever you have)
- 85 g melted butter
STUFFED
- 800 gr cream cheese
- 180 gr sugar
- 3 apples
- 4 eggs
- Vanilla
- 210 gr sour cream (sour creme) = 200 ml whipping cream with 10 ml lemon juice,
- Sugar (CN), to burn

BASE
- Cookies in the glass, 10 seconds / speed 6, set aside in a bowl and add the melted butter, mix
- We line the base and sides (mine is 22 cm) with baking paper.
- We pour the dough and distribute it over the surface. We put it in the refrigerator.
STUFFED
- To have our sour cream ready and use it in this preparation, 40 minutes in advance / we will add the lemon juice to the cream, stir and leave at room temperature
- We peel and cut the apples into small squares.
- We add the cheese, sugar and apples to the glass,
- 1 minutes / speed 6.
- Next and at speed 4, we will add the eggs one at a time, until the first one is added, we will not add the next one.
- Once this is finished, we add the sour cream and the essence,
- 30 seconds / speed 3.
- We pour over the cookie crust
- Oven preheated to 170°, heat up and down
- We bake for about 60 min.
- Then we turn off and leave it inside with the door ajar for about 30 minutes.
- We take out and let it cool.
- Once cold and without unmolding, we put it in the refrigerator for about 4/6 hours (time for our cake to finish setting).
- Then, we can unmold.
- We spread sugar over the surface and burn with a blowtorch.
- ONLY LEFT TO ENJOY, GOOD PROFIT
